Mr. Bullard has completed a 3 year course of study to become a nationally certified Professional Community and Economic Developer. Mr. Bullard has recently been selected to serve as a Director of the year 3 class for the Community Development Institute in Conway, Arkansas each year.

Duane is married to Sherri Quinn Bullard, who with Duane, owns 2 Merle Norman Cosmetics Studios in Ripley and New Albany. Duane and Sherri have one daughter, Natalie, a 20 year-old Sophomore at Mississippi State University.
